E Cubed Advisory Advisories are the key to knowing students well. They will help to ensure that the individual needs of students are continuously being met. Each advisor will make sure that every one of their students meets their academic requirements before they embark on the Plus Phase. Personal and career goals will be the focus of advisory during the Plus Phase. Facilitating communication between students, teachers and parents will be an integral role of the advisor.
